I agree entirely.

The stock price will take care of itself and the relisting will take care of itself when the stock price moves.

People worried about whether the company is going to do a crazy last-minute financing because they are out of money should remember that the company has always been out of money. They have gotten this far by being good managers and by protecting the stock from undue dilution. They are certainly not going to give away the store now that success is in sight. They know full well that the much-discussed $18MM (or whatever) cash requirement is not a major problem.

They have a very, very important task to do to enhance your shareholder value - that is to get the system from the announcement stage and into the production and delivery stage with the OEM's. Every indication is that that is just what they are doing. Every minute of attention they pay to worrying specifically about stock price at this stage, is going to cost long term stockholders in the long run.

Sure we are all disappointed that we thought that the world would beat a path to our door upon announcement of the "better mousetrap", but the lesson to be learned is apparently that the world will not beat the path to your door until you show them that the better mousetrap is useable, is acceptable to manufacturers, and that the thing can catch mice.

IMHO that those that can be patient and wait will be rewarded; those that thought that they would buy the stock for a quick pop on the announcement ought to sell and get out, because it apparently will take a while to demonstrate product viability and establish credibility in the marketplace.

Just my opinion.

Steve

Hi Slate Colt,

In retrospect your point regarding the immateriality of the stock price at this juncture is well taken. I think you are correct in your view.
We don't need the gimmick of a reverse split at this stage
when the company is doing so well in growing our business and we are mentioned in the media along side such names as HP, SARNOFF CORPORATION,HAUPPAUGE, NEC and even MICROSOFT.

Best wishes,

SPARKLE
