Does anyone have any updates on what has been happening in the suit brought on by Dempsey Mork for being caught short on OVIS/RMIL. The one one where Zapara supposedly didn't deliver the shares and he sued the company and shareholder for the share value going up, only in California.

Actually Angel, I read something in the paper the other day that Coke will be shipping packets of specialized minerals mixtures to ensure that each bottle of water posseses the same consistency and flavor.

I almost thought it was being discussed "tongue in cheek" since Coke mainly ships soda syrup to bottlers and distributors where water is added for the final product.

Amazing!!.. and we actually buy this stuff??
