Skeeter, I believe that they will lose less than $.25 per share this quarter, and that there is a very real reasonable possibility of a profit this quarter, depending on their yields at .21 micron. You heard it here first. <g> Without the TI deal I believe that they would clearly be profitable this quarter, so my only question is how much the TI fabs will really lose, how many write-offs they'll take related to the TI deal, and how much additional expense they will have to add from creating a new global administration.
