Dear John, Thank You,it is about the people of God. Delilah betrayed her husband and caused him terrible consequences. Being disloyal and cruel to her husband was IMO what gives Delilah a bad reputation. Esther was honored by her husband because of Gods Spirit in her life. I have learned allot about submission and wisdom from Esther personally. She was wise to listen to the council of Mordecai and not lean on her own desires. The verses that spoke to me the most was when Mordecai told her that God raised her up for this purpose and if she chose not to obey God, (to spare herself the risk of her own life) God would use someone else. I pray that we will all fulfill everyday the task that God has raised us up for. May the Lord Bless you and keep you, Nancy
