Any thoughts on why the news was released after the market closed.

That seemed to be a strange time to release positive news. Usually positive news is released in the morning and negative news is released immediately after the market closes. It seem that CIST was trying to minimize the impact of positive news. Why?

Steve, I think would like to see CIST buy back a significant amount of shares, but for a different reason: Because CIST believes that its stock is selling at a huge discount and could provide a great return in the future.
