I'll start the selections with Tennesee + 3 1/2 Green Bay - 3 1/2 Tampa Bay may have a let down after last weeks upset against Minnesota, and the Oilers are FINALLY getting their offense together. In the GB game, the only chance the Steelers have of upsetting GB is if Tomzak comes in for Stewart! {g} OK, some I'm not TOTALLY serious about Tomzak, but in another week or two I probably will be.

Some ideas floating through my noggin: Detroit -4.5 @ Philly. That line does not do justice to Philly's problems. Reich could beat this team from a rocking chair. The Falcons are getting 4.5 @ New England. Xmas is early this year. Baltimore +3.5 hosting the Raiders. Marchibroda is desperate, and the Raiders might just be starting to believe their hype. Carolina +14.5 @ Frisco. Damn, that's a lot of points. New Orleans +13.5 @ Minnesota. Ditto. Between this game and San Francisco, I just can't fathom both favorites covering these huge spreads. Buffalo +3.5 @ the J-E-T-S Jets! Jets! Jets! looks interesting. This game could easily come down to a FG or less, and I love the magic Flutie.

Ravens +3 1/2 Atlanta +4 1/2 Off topic: looks like my MD Terps (college B-Ball) are ranked 5th and 6th in the polls. Always a bad sign when they are so highly ranked at the start of the year. Laron
