I don't know which is correct...but the 40mm sale did catch me off guard.

a 1.4mm sale doesn't make me flinch a bit.

The 40K share sale was on 10/27/98. Also, the dollar amount stated above is consistent with 1.245 million shares. I checked Edgar Online but didn't find anything yet, I think info at that site is delayed.

This news was found in a regulatory document released by the SEC to the public that day. It should eventually be available in Yahoo Finance.
