Burt - Did you see the picture of the RIO music player in the new issue of Time magazine? It's on p. 4 - just a 1-paragraph item. It says the record industry is planning an appeal to the recent ruling that lets Diamond Multimedia continue to manufacture and sell the $200 player. Betty
