Burt - Did you see the picture of the RIO music player in the new issue of Time magazine? It's on p. 4 - just a 1-paragraph item. It says the record industry is planning an appeal to the recent ruling that lets Diamond Multimedia continue to manufacture and sell the $200 player.

Voice-It files Chapter 11

This is a good example of a co. without significant patents and whose product/s is unsupported by large well known co's., which relegates what they had to the gadget market. NCI is a much different co. whose value is recognized by industry leaders.

Voice It Worldwide, Inc. Files For Protection Under Chapter 11

FORT COLLINS, Colo., Nov. 3 /PRNewswire/ -- Voice It Worldwide, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: MEMO - news) today announced that on November 3, 1998
it voluntarily filed a petition for protection under the reorganization provisions of Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Reform Act. The Company will continue operations
as a debtor in possession.

The Company intends to focus its resources on the development of its mobile digital dictation recorder that interfaces with leading voice-to-text transcription
systems. The Company is currently under contract with a major voice recognition software manufacturer to supply recorders for sale with their software. The
Company plans to continue to supply this contract as well as seek additional marketing and vertical market partners for its state-of-the-art technology. In addition,
the Company will continue to supply existing retail customers with its personal note recorder products.
