Your sayings just like it does not matter whether the police have hard proof or not, as long as
the police see you as a criminal, then you are a criminal and can put you into jail . What kind of
logics is this ?

Having a monopoly is not a crime, and I never said that it was. I just said that illegally leveraging the monopoly to eliminate the competition (rather than through fair competition) is.
