s martin: Message 6277844 your reply: "You betcha".. Now, I am not trying to pick a fight with you, really. I am curious what as to what this answer means? Did they or didn't they go to court? Does anybody know what did or did not happen? I am sure a lot of shareholders would like to know, after all they have a stake in the outcome. (I would imagine) I am not saying that it is your responsibility to fill everyone in, but it seems that by your reply that you do have some info. Why not just post it? TIA.
