Good timing on this announcement. Nesbitt is saying that the oil and gas sector has bottomed, although it may take a quarter or two for some real upward momentum to develop. Given the time needed to start up it looks like UIC will be ready for the next upturn. Increased investment in the oil and gas sector should pay dividends in SCADA sales. Nice to see this hard on the heels of increased overseas orders, lots of irons in the fire. This morning's Globe also has a tongue in cheek piece about "something very odd" happening on the VSE this week... a junior mining stock went up! (Argentina Gold). It did however suggest that there might be some light at the end of the tunnel.

Share the concern about deals involving stock but, if the Co. is to advance, the logjam on capital has to moved. If Saskatchewan is prepared to step up to plate I hope they also reap the benefit.

Anyone know how large a facility, number of staff, effective start date etc? A new "Division" eh? sounds like big league.
