WEBS are baskets of foreign stocks held in a trust and traded on the ASE, sort of like foreign SPDRS. Generally lower expenses than closed end funds, but they are in effect closed end funds. You'll find the list of available countries under WEBS in the ASE listing.

I don't believe there are Indonesian WEBS - only Singapore and Malaysia in Southeast Asia, I think.
