Hi Brother Blue,

>>>>>At one time, a debit card did not have the $50 limitation on use by someone other than you and did not give you the same rights to reject payment for faulty or non delivered products ?<<<<<

This summer while I was on vacation, I got a call from my bank's security office, wanting to verify my "charges." I explained to the nice security officer that it was, indeed, me who was burning a hole in the card all up and down the Atlantic coast. She was very nice, so I asked her what would happen if the card were stolen. She told me that it would be subject to the $50 limit, but I have not verified that by looking at the fine print. As a lawyer, I suggest you always read the fine print.<g>
