Lessons to be learned include be wary of rapid transfer of major assets to a shell company. Be most wary of rumors and innunendo floated to reassure investors, eg that Luke was going to announce a 50mil share buyback, spinoffs, new 'deals' etc. Follow the money and be impressed only with news that translate to revenue. . Luke lacked the patience and moral fiber to build out his Tunisia base and seek a solid European- based venture partner. What is following is gutting of NUOA where it becomes the shell, and Luke takes his money and gets another shot at the same game with the Wendover boys: gets his cake and eats it. Ironically, several months ago a modest reverse split of 4 for 1 might likely have been sufficient to draw in an established, experienced venture investor group with hotel/hospitality holdings.Personally I feel there have been a number of improprieties worthy of investigation.
