Hi Wolfdog2!
Much of what is written about Pharmos is in highly technical language which I do not understand. Would it help to create more interest in Pharmos if more of an effort was made to communicate with people like me. For example, they sometimes talk about preachers who talk to the choir boys, meaning that they display their knowledge of theology and
philosophy which most of the congregation fails to understand. I bought Pharmos because of what appear to be the qualifications of most of those who recommend it. However, I would sure like to understand in layman's language a little more of what they mean.
This is in no way a criticism, nor do I suggest that the technical language be limited. It is obvious that will appeal to a large segment of investors. However, I believe they tend to be the choir boys, compared to the enormous number of investors, like me, who know little about technology or what is being said. Please do not interpret this as a criticism of present communication. I just think the occasional use of less technical language to describe Pharmos might help to
attract a lot of other investors. I don't know whether this is possible, but I think it might be worth a try.
A lot has been said about the lack of communication and public relations by Pharmos. Maybe we can help.
Kindest regards,
Don

I have the Oct. 26 '98 issue of BioWorld here. They list about 302 public companies in the U.S. About 60 show gains for all of 1998. About one in five! Our little baby PARS is one of them--not my much, mind you. 2%. Many of the losses are -50% or more. It's a volatile sector! EntreMed posts 146%, Sepracor 62%. Investors, know thyselves! You could always buy Microsoft! No one hypnotized you: "Invest in Pharmos, invest in Pharmos..." Accept responsibility for your own choices and let Pharmos take care of theirs.

Wolfdog2(still love this name): From my perspective, the most important element in the Nov. 3 release was the final sentence before the disclaimer. The company is now beginning to define itself which it must do before substantive analysts will pay much attention. It has a way to go in this regard but made a fine start. Coupled with the overall good work they are doing, this boosts confidence even more they know what they are doing.
