Some potential contract clauses could make him a target of a suit by FAMH if he discusses the business. If severance payments/remedies are a component, Randy also has to consider the financial impact on his newly expanded family. Welcome any information, but don't press him into a precarious position. Investors have their problems & Randy has his. Investors should pursue the government regulatory, or AG route.
