Hmmm ... let's see ... that means it loses 1 hour every 3 weeks. At that rate, your clock will be right just about every 36 weeks (12 hours). Or, 72 weeks, if you have an AM/PM indicator.

I guess the trick is to know which week is the one when you should pay attention to that particular clock !

Not a bad idea, though, to keep a clock like that. If you miss an appointment, you can always say your clock was wrong.
