Spider,

Give examples of Lanza hurting investors, because hurting, in the way that your implying is intentional. I hope you can show that, because I do not know of a case. I have kept Maesa/Mako alive, so I hope to recover my investment. On ASTG, I have paid close to $20,000 in legal fees trying to pull it out of the fire to save my investment and the other shareholders. Why would I try to destroy my net worth? Oh, I know! I am a dumb s!@# like you!

Spinley Spider

Your NUTS! Where in the hell do you come up with your ideas? Zwebner
made it clear that he isn't involved with ASTG! They are interested
in the company if the right terms can be worked out. He also made it clear that he is not associated with Lanza and that he only had been
introduced to him through another acquaintance. Pull your head out of the web you weave and look at the facts. This company is in a Chapter-put there by the current management who have been pulling fat salaries for themselves. We shareholders are holding shares of stock that are currently worth about as much as your brain. We don't care about stock promoters or what kind of toilet paper Zwebner wipes his ass with. Shareholders want to know how this company is going to be saved and how we can come out of our investment without losing our ass. So my suggestion to you is go back to your web where you came from and stop plugging BS on this thread. We don't need it or care to read it. Any guy who hides behind a name like Spider Valdez is more than likely a worthless stock promoter himself who doesn't have enough
guts to tell us who he really is. Go short some other penny stock--this one has enough headaches of its own.

What do you know about Maesa. I have known Joe Lanza for 5 God awful years, and though I do not make any representations regarding any intentional doings by him, I can tell you honestly, and in my opinion, that I feel totally screwed by him -- as does my family. I have been on the VPRO/XECOM/ASTG thread since post 49 on July 31, 1996. All I have done is to inform people of my ACTUAL experience with him. As they now have seen, I was speaking the truth. At the time Xecom was $2, now it's TWO CENTS.

Please tell me what YOU know about Maesa.
