John... I'm not very good on TA(NW is the TA expert around here jaja). I am more into fundamentals. As to MSFT being "so affordable," it is selling at twice the pe of CPQ based on 1999 projected earnings. El

If you follow the "How To Write Covered Calls" thread and trust the W.I.N.S approach then a correction downward should soon be a hand. The stock price has touched the upper BB and the RSI is over 70. See:

The fact that the Max-Pain point for November is 27.5 probably confirms. Unless there is some really good news soon the direction will probably be down.
