The ONLY cause attributed, by anyone, to the increase in mortality rate for children under 5 from a few hundred a month to over 5000 per month is the US policy of blocking trade so that the innocent Iraqi villagers can not get food and medical supplies. Stop blocking the supplies....no evidence they would stop starving and dying of treatable disease? Explain that logic to me. These victims of our policy are the very people that we targeted to revolt against a dictator that they hate. Now we've succeeded in murdering most of them. Oh Yeah, Saddam is making us do it. I almost forgot.
