Looking very good today although the overall market is very bullish. We have good volume even before noon and are substantially up on it. If we can maintain or increase this price, we might see some small-cap momentum people join in, like when we had the rush to the $9-10 range.

Now I'm really wondering about the secondary offering since this price is getting close to 2x the offering price.

RUMOR: Barnes & Noble to buy Ingram (book distributor)?

Herb Greenberg of thestreet.com is reporting the following:
"Here's one: What would you say if I told you that Barnes &
Noble (BKS:NYSE) is actively involved in negotiations to
buy privately held Ingram Books, the country's largest
book distributor, which also happens to supply
Amazon.com (AMZN:Nasdaq) with the majority of its
books?

One normally reliable source who is familiar with the
situation but not an insider says such a deal, priced at
between $500 million to $700 million, is imminent. If it does
occur, Amazon would wind up buying many of its books
from, of all places, archrival Barnes & Noble.
"

The back-end distributors are getting bought by the front-end retailers, whether on web or in retail stores. DISK is a really tasty looking distributor of DVD/LD/DTS CD, esp. with a new automated warehouse to expedite mail order. Add this movement to the DVD explosion and this stock looks even better now.
