avarage price paid $1.78. I expect it to be well rewarded.

I hope you're correct, but consider this:
14 trading sessions ago this was trading at only $0.68
nothing goes in a straight line up forever.

a 52 week linear regression shows an overall down trend with the stock approaching the upper resistance levels just over $2.

In July there was a lot of heavy buying just before the annual meeting. Let's say they paid at the top $2.75 and then they doubled down at say $0.90 that's an average cost of $1.85 a share. Potential selling a little above that level could put a damper on any further near-term upside.

Any delay in the rumored second coming a/k/a end of quiet period could be met with profit taking of 100s of thousands of shares that were just purchased between $.68 and $1.25 in the past few weeks.

I hope not! I hope that I am not seeing a bear-trap in progress.
