Hi Iris, I agree with most of it. I read a couple of detailed reports last month calling for a turnaround in IC sales. I mentioned something about it a few weeks ago. I don't agree that the equipment group should be rewarded across the board due to transition to .18/.15u since that is still a niche market mostly reserved for high-end applications. I also don't agree that the front-end & back-end companies would both prosper simultaneously. >>>Do you think the upticks on the chip maker will last a while this time? I think so. They could stay up here until Jan. with the rest of small cap issues. Obviously, DELL and CSCO should help too. Yes, INTC is now close to 52-wk high. Impressive. What happened to our bet? I am staying with the flow. I won't be in puts until I see a change in trend. Take care; Clint
