Gary that was the biggest whinning crybaby post I have seen you put out yet. You think everyone is out to get you and everyone is conspiring against you...but in reality you are your own worst enemy. Oh please ... Best talk to your scalping partner on that regard for he has told me what you are trying to do and are doing and others have told me what he is trying to do along with some others. Well maybe some are about to supply a very deliberate complain on what you two are doing and the number of stocks you have ripped people off on ... including spin doctoring for promoters on line. Wonder if those promoters scalped on the your spin doctoring hype. You are in a jam because you tried to be a big shot the easy way...You laid dog with dogs and now you have fleas.......that is your fault, not anyone else's and I am sure that is what the SEC told you. I do not know I am in a jam at all. and Nope they did not but I wonder how you and the internet GOD will stand if Ray Berry gets nailed, if the SEC wants to know who all edited news releases on Midland, etc. etc. ... You keep touting you know what the SEC has said and doing ... do you have a leak in the SEC which you talk to? I do not know I have laid down with dogs which is your opinion. I have successfully gotten the stock options and what not returned and cleared my debt of over $50,000.00 which I was prepared to use said counsel to sue for false representation which lead me to buy the private placements and options. All stock has been returned and my debt is cleared. All my counsel did was sit there and even today I am not even sure why I took him except it is wise to have counsel at such a deposition though you now what to twist that. You are unbelieveable and far more of a dog than anyone I know since I have been on this internet and in the market in my opinion which I told repeatedly. If you think anyone cares enough about you to investigate you personally , you are sadly mistaken.....I have a job and pay taxes....and I pay taxes for the SEC to investigate people like you....by the way what did you need an attorney for when you went to the SEC ...........witnesses don't need lawyers??? And I pay taxes to investigate people like you also with your frame up, set up innuendo tactics and hiding behind the logic of above the law scenario blessed by GOD's own personal internet messenger. You are scum in my opinion like your crew of scalpers. Matter of fact even worst than than any individual associated with Midland or any other stock. Might go read the 10 and 17 rules of the SEC which you and your crew have violated religiously. Based on the internet GOD you both are guilty as sin PLUS The internet GOD builds websites and has established a dedicated E-mail which you and he used to promote a stock and scalp into it I believe you sold 5 million shares on that scalp. Is that not consulting? Not to mention knowing news releases and content prior to dissemination which according to the internet GOD you have traded on. But you are right this is far from over I grant you. Far from over. The only dogs I laid with might be the internet God and you which you personally I never liked which you have repeated and posted because you are to busy trying to scalp everyone and trade on inside information which I have and had a serious problem with you. Truth is not a word that I personally can associate with you or the dogs you lay with. Oh and for your information the now twisted and innuendo option you and the GOD are playing on, the internet GOD knew about that option the day I did it because I asked him if he wanted part of it which he will deny of course as usual but hey like you say paper trail of phone records and trading logs sure do help prove the truth. Anyone I talked to knew about that option, however, I am glad you and your DOGS have quit calling me with threats of suing me to shut me up and others ... You are the pathetic one and I hope in the near future you get to prove your innocence as you feel I am having to do. Heck T-Mex just confessed to violating rule 10 in the Wall Street Article today. As the old saying goes, "The truth will come out eventually." I wonder why you and the GOD did not convert to preferred and warrants I had all my shares in certificate form and the conversion ready to mail. Could it be someone inside advised you not to because they knew what they were about to do with the shares converted? Hmmm I will take that to the proper thread. Gary
