Dan, yes the estimated value of Fire should have a positive impact on Leah. But remember, the value is an estimate or an expectation and how it moves the stock will depend on overall assessment of Leah and Fire by the investing public. Hopefully the audit and book value numbers should give the investors the confidence they need.

By the way, the stock has moved, last trade .40.

>>Uh, shouldn't this move LEAH to $1.50-$2.00 plus the value of LEAH w/o Fire minus the risk of the fire valuation?<<

Listen, Dan, I have not been able to understand the price of LEAH for some time now. It should be much higher. Yes, the dividend should raise the price--this is not the kind of dividend that will be deducted from the stock price as most are.

Furthermore, next week we should see 9 month earnings of about .70/share and an audited book value in excess of $10, IMO. How can the damn stock be selling for .30+? That is about .5 times earnings and about 1/90 of very conservative book value.

It should be most interesting to see how this situation works out.
