Path: Program Files\Netscape\Users\ joe or what ever you called it.

You can save the entire "USERS" folder, that contains all your *profiles* that contain your e-mail, bookmarks, cookies, etc....

Look for a file called abook.nab or something like that. I don't have it handy, but that's close to the spelling. Backup that file, just like your bookmark.htm file, and add it back the same way, and your address book will be there.
