We won't know whether there's any business until they produce their long-delayed financials. Still haven't got round to filing their 1997 10K. Yes, they've issued an AWFUL lotta stock in the last two years, but most of it's been a friends and family sorta thing. As for the rest, well, now Mike Sylver wants to cancel most of what he gave to other people. Mike really really doesn't like to release 144 stock once the restrictions have expired. He's quarrelled with three transfer agents about that so far this year. All three resigned. Now he's self-transfer, though we're not at all sure whether he's filed the proper forms with the SEC yet. If he has, we can't find 'em. It's all very interesting...
