I am not certain just where the FDA would be involved in an anti microbial. If Burger King for example wants employees to wear a hat to keep their hair out of the food or have the employees wear gloves, or have the employees use a certain soap, or have the employees use an anti micobial just where does the FDA get involved? The anti microbial is not taken internally and is neither a food or a drug. I use a hand lotion Lubribderm, it has no FDA marking.
