Dave - Lower ASPs could lower Qualcomm's Gross Margins and lower ASPs are not too kind to shareholders either. Well, of course they could. But the analysts beat that one to death. Qualcomm said that ASP's were falling, but not any faster than predicted. They also said they haven't seen any evidence that it is accelerating, and as long as it doesn't accelerate they should be able to keep up. After all, ASP fell substantially in the last year and yet their margins actually went up. Clark
