Yes it is quite easy to see that Bob is not willing to make his comments to me public...even when asked by me to do so....which is entirely his choice. and it appears you think they can operate on a whim and enforce their libel terms of use one way one hour and another way the next hour and another way the hour after that.... Any agent of SI want to say that publically...especially Ethan??? I invite you to do so. btw David....you have not previously remained silent..and you rarely remain silent when someone criticizes SI...and that is your choice and you have that right....but you are not their agent so your interpretation of their terms of use is irrelevant It's their definitions and interpretations that count.
