Personally, I like these sort of turnaround situations. The company has been taken through the wringer, spanked and scolded. Management is now walking on eggshells and is focused on burying the past as quickly as possible. I'm not a buyer because I don't understand the company well enough, but if you have done your homework - I would opine (as an outside observer) that the price seems reasonable and the market psychology is there for a turnaround.
