It reminds me of the story of Best Products, once one of the nations largest catalog retailers with over $2 billion in revenues. When the board of directors voted then president Sydney Lewis's son, Andrew, as president, they may as well have chiseled the tomb stone. It took a few years, but the younger Lewis's crazed, high LBO leadership subsequently sent the company into two bankruptcies and then liquidation. I bet Adam's father is very ashamed of his son.
