Ron, let me put it this way. johnboy saw the GE tape, bitched and complained about not enough commentary, then gave me $160 Cdn in cash for his contribution, so..... Then he had the gall to use my computer in the office to make his post, meanwhile I'm pacing around wanting to answer my mail. He says he won't post again on this thread unless someone really pisses him off - I give that a day or two at most. john's a MINER, but not a miner, same goes for me. Love that conference table in the La Paz offices. F20 to the end, in the 10K, are worth reading a few times. Need explanation regarding one of the debentures, "Company agreed to file a registration statement covering the issued shares within 90 days" (Oct 15, so that means Jan 15/99)...plus "right to buy up to $200,000 of stock within 30 days of the effectiveness of the registration". Huh? $200,000 at what price? "effectiveness of registration"???? Jim
