Very disappointed today. I wanted to buy a CD from "our" site and couldn't find it. It is called Masterplan by Oasis and it came out yesterday. So i thought that this was due to a fact that we are in the process of upgrading or getting a new site so maybe the current one doesn't have all the albums. anyway, i call the 800 #(thought they take orders in some different way from us(not the same site ) I WAS WRONG!! :( really upset. it took her 6 mins to tell me that the don't have it. Took me less than 20 seconds. This is really not good guys, the people who work there don't know what they are doing.. I asked her when the CD will be available for purchase, she said: "I don't have that information, we don't know" What the hell is this? i am really pissed off! Why are they saying that they sell CDs for 10.99 INCLUDING NEW RELEASES? It came out yesterday should be available....
