Sir:

Neither QUALCOMM or Microsoft have made any announcements regarding joint
developments; however, we are always talking to potential partners on many
fronts.

Thank you for the feedback on the voice quality, we are working this issue
with our conference company. One explanation for the difference in quality
may be that I had a wireless mic while the others did not because they were
at another location. We'll keep working on it.

Best Regards,
Julie Cunningham

DMG and all -

I've no real info but just my 'feel' I think that the performance after the announcement was always going to be dull if not down a bit. I think however that over the next few days say two weeks we will see the stock over $60. I don't think that AOL took off after its last announcement but look at it now a week or so later.

The stock may be infected with shorts like WCII has been but the shorts won't like results like this for long. There was also a bit of a run up to near $60 earlier this week and this stock usually pulls back quite hard after almost any run up.

We were nearly over $70 earlier this year and then we had a whole bunch of what looked like bad news but the Q now looks set to take off gradually from here. Seems to me however that funds take a little more time to start buying the Q than perhaps they do with other stocks after an announcement like this.

Dr Jacobs mentioned 20m users by the end of this year. Sounds good to me.

DaveMG, You are absolutely right that the stock got a head of itself. Thanks for the input. I'm a big Dr. J fan. Sometimes a little frustrated with these external issues. Thanks
Web.

"It's not Dr J's job to hype the stock although he certainly could have stuffed some meat into the interview."

Yes, it is his job when he's on national TV.
