Michael - Glad you made the phone call. Do you feel better now? I can understand the company staying quiet on any details of what they're doing. If they say too much, another company could get the advantage of announcing something similar to what JMAR is doing and drawing all the attention away from JMAR. As an example, several months ago a company I won't name* (Company X) made mention of a new software product. Microsoft very quickly claimed to be doing something similar. Company X immediately sold off by about 25% since the implication was that the bigger market share would go to Microsoft, leaving Company X with little in the way of business. Since then Company X has recovered to about where it was before the sell-off, but there was a lot of stress for investors in the meantime.
Things like this are still going to happen, no matter what, but I can see where a company with proprietary technology to protect has to be very, very careful about what they say.

Footnote - (*so I won't be accused of touting)
