WESTREND NATURAL GAS INC ("WRN-V;WTNGF-L") - Directors Incentive Stock Options Revised Howard W. Gaddis, Jr., President and Director of Westrend Natural Gas Inc. announces that further to the Press Release dated September 25, 1998, the Company confirms it is now proceeding, subject to regulatory acceptance, with a grant of stock options to directors of the Company in the amount of 273,000 common shares in the capital stock of the Company instead of the previously announced 250,000 at a price of $0.15 per share exercisable up to and including November 4, 2000 instead of the previously announced September 25, 1999.
