Yes, we'll surely enjoy the "civil war trilogy" that will unfold in the Republican Party over the coming days and months...

Dipy.

>>> You're welcome. Now sit back and watch us run the House and Senate. Enjoy. <<<

Thanks for the idea.

With that tiny margin in the house, and the pitiful skills of your leadership, my entertainment the next two years is going to be:

1. Watching some of the cretins that decided on this year's losing strategy lose their leadership jobs, as the rank and file members realize how clueless about America the republican leadership actually is. (And look for scapegoats to disguise their own culpability.)

2. Watching the tide of defections turn the other way, with more and more moderate republicans voting with the democrats or coming over entirely. The south this time was an eye opener.

3. Watch as your geriatric senators lose their minds, one after another.

4. Amuse myself watching Dan Quail struggle for the presidential nomination with Newt Gingritch.

5. Enjoy a couple more years of peace and prosperity while the republicans fight over whether abortion-is-murder or wages-should-be-lower will be on the republican platform.

6. Enjoy the Ken Starr grand jury leaking debacle and possible indictments unfold.

7. Finally, enjoy myself while Clinton runs the country in spite of whatever the republicans can do with their tiny majority, during which time Al Gore can campaign full time. While your guys 'run' the house and senate, sort of like the squirrel runs the wheel in its cage.

Cheers,
Chaz
