TO ALL: What Jenkins said was that in the past they had to announce the Y2K contracts to establish credentials in the field. That no longer is necessary and he has noticed every time he announces a y2k project he gets this criticism that all dies in 2,000. So from here on out they will tend to announce contract OUTSIDE of Y2K and probably give us some overall numbers such as the 26mm in orders for 1st qtr! That seems fine to me.

As to the stock price, for those of you who didnt listen to the call, I have this to say. I heard NOTHING in that call that bothered me. For instance, they said the acquisition would be IMMEDIATELY accretive to earnings. When someone tried to push them on what coming qtrs would be they didnt answer directly but left me with the impression that they see no problems with the published numbers. I dont know what in the hell is going on with this stock but I for one am NOT selling and I have NEVER felt stronger about this than now. JDN

Baldy - read JDN's post. This company just got a super heavy dose of Viagra. At this very minute it is perculating in the catelchoholmethyltransferase between synapses, and soon, very soon, we will have reuptake at the Tava postsynaptic site. I believe today you will feel a rise, and tomorrow, sheer estacy!

I am happy to have left @7 after holding overnight; however, I did listen to the cc, and right from the beginning there was an awful lot of rehashing of old material, older than the earnings news, that sounded like it was basically filler for lack of anything more exciting.

In a way, it reminded me of a date I had once with a man who was certainly nice enough, but whose own life was so boring he felt compelled to talk about his brother all evening, telling me what a great guy he was....

Lack of enthusiasm, lack of pizzaz, a certain amount of avoidance, a lot of droning on....makes one suspicious.

Not to say TAVA isn't a good company...but not an exciting one-a year ago perhaps, but not now. In this market today, traders and even longer term investors have an abundance of exciting choices.
