Catch 22. Seeing a lot of shares traded between the bid and ask. Very strange that the stock is not moving a lot higher with this announcement. More info about Fire Environomental would be a big help to the stock price. If people understood the potential here and the numbers and those involved, they would be more likely to believe the $3-4 stock price.
