IA - I have been closely following this stock for over two years now. Earnings are managed extremely well as are analysts expectations. This quarter, however, Ablemann (CEO) has publicly stated that they will start to see I2O earnings. Everyone is anticipating this and I think that accounts for the run in the stock. If Ablemann gives forward looking statements in CC re: I2O revenue and gives the OK for analysts to include them, you will see earnings revised upward and may give a boost to the stock (or the Street may be factoring this in now). Another thing I am anticipating in the near future (i.e., this quarter or next) is a 3:2 split. Historically, the company has had a tendency to do these splits to keep the stock in the 30$ range. We shall see...

Basically a great company in a great growth industry with a growing franchise...To me the only threat would be Microsoft buying out a REAL RTOS company (like INTS. Then Mr. Softee would have the technology and the marketing muscle to move in on WIND... That is the risk in the stock.
