Piranha, I think the move is on some rumor that the general public hasn't yet heard. Possibly 3D Labs is seen as the unnamed company working with Neomagic to add 3D capability to their notebook graphic chips. Dave

OT -- two days too late and two bucks too short! The news on TDDDF is finally out. They won an OEM deal with Dell on their high end workstations biz.yahoo.com Since I noticed this just in time for a 50% gain two days ago purely on technical touchy feely analysis, a case could be made for the value of technical analysis. (Un)fortunately TA can also be wrong many times. So while I see why some people don't buy it, I can also see the case for those who do. ST
