greg, before you get too giddy, all of the positive asset delta is in Goodwill (which is basically worthless) and assumed inventories (which may be worthless). Real assets (aka cash) went down and all debts (long term and short term) went up. The bottom line to all this as I see it is a balance sheet which is about equal to last years with 33% more shares - hence the lower price. Of course, just another way of looking at it and all IMHO.
