No buy stops equals new broker. Same deal with stop loss orders. Some brokers will claim that you can't set stops on NASDAQ stocks. Its B.S. A lot of brokers do--you just have to find one. I used E Broker--now Ameritrade and they have always allowed buy and sell stops. Schwab is fired. How dare they charge as much as they do for a trade without even offering a basic service like buy and sell stops.
