The unattended delivery and other features offered by Streamline are manifestations of their exceedingly high priority on customer service. Because of this priority, a sizable investment in Streamline has recently been made by Nordstom (rated with five pluses by Consumer Reports for customer service, with the next highest department store being only two or three pluses). It is my understanding that Streamline is currently only operating in one small area until they "get it right." I like the customer service attitude (happen to work at Nordstrom), and think it should also be top priority at Peapod. JMHO Dave D
