They underestimated the strength of the current market. They are trying to gather stocks that they know they HAVE to have in their portfolios. DELL is one of the main stocks that they just MUST HAVE or there is going to be a lot of questions from the people putting money into their funds. The Mutual Funds are quickly running out of time to get people to sell before they are just going to have to step up and buy at what ever price DELL is going for at the moment. I personally love these resting periods as they form a strong base for DELL to go higher. IMHO AnnieO (thinking: "Hey folks enjoy your wonderful investment as it is only going to get better."
