TO: Ron and all my Z friends,

oh happy days are here again :o)

Thank you Ron for keeping the portfolio active ...

I would be lost without it ...

It shows us our strengths and weaknesses. It makes us think twice, before entering a trade here and personally .... after all, no one wants to be viewed as a poor trader, so double thought must be put into these positions. Others lurk, and they DO buy stocks from our postings, many lurkers do not post visually, but from a few "thanks" in private SI messages, I do know they also makes gains.

A toast to you and all my Z friends ... and the hope that the 2 years all of us have spent together continues for a longlasting and fruitful relationship.

Your friend, Sue

ICST.

Bought 4,000 shares at 14 (personal and Z trade). This stock has a nice looking chart and a very reasonable valuation based on fundamentals. It got hit on news that it was not interested in being acquired and the chart recovered nicely after that. If it gets through 14 1/2, could run to 16 1/2.

Excerpts from a news story on October 23:

The company said yesterday during an earnings conference call that it was not for sale, two days after company directors said they would not accept a $17.50 a share buyout bid by unnamed managers seeking to take the company private. On June 24, Integrated Circuit's shares surged 21 percent on speculation that it would be bought by either National Semiconductor Corp. or Texas Instruments Inc., although both companies denied interest in Integrated Circuit.
