What was wrong w/ 3.0 You've got it wrong the burden of proof lies with the government. If you think the notes of the accuser are evidence of a crime we are all in trouble.

Well, if someone said you murdered your friend at 9PM of July 10th of 1998 , so do you need to provide evidence to show that you did not , or someone need to provide evidence that you did ? If you have to provide evidence that you did not , otherwise the law will take you as a murder, then I can point to anyone I do not like and claim that , he is a murder, and if that one can not provide an evidence to prove he is not,
then he will automatically be taken as a murder by the law , is that what you mean by
the DOJ vs Microsoft case ? It is a funny logic !!! Can you reason ?
