The very idea that somehow perjury is justified because the "case against you" is bogus just make me laugh. Nobody, but nobody ever believes a court case against them is justified. That's why we have perjury laws for cryin' out loud. Do defendants lie? Yep all the time. Do they all get caught? Nope. Do they all get prosecuted when they're caught? Nope, unless the prosecuting attorney has hard evidence. Then yes. Clinton falls in the last category. bp
