**MEETING WITH GORDON** I met today with Robert Gordon and James Guild separately today. I covered several topics and was pleased with the responses on all of them. THE CCI SITE UPGRADE----Phase 1.5--- I saw the front page of the new site. For someone who is not a computer guy it is very functional. The look has changed by way of rearrangement. You should be happy with it. The interior is being made more functional and the problems are being corrected. There will still be some things to be brought up to standards and they know it. The public will be able to flow through it easily. I would expect a PR next week barring no big problems with bringing it up. THE PRIVATE PLACEMENT As it sits now, it is being finalised and a PR can probably be expected next week. It has stages with the first stage tied to dilution at a future date. Example: If the first stage is 3 Million dollars and the out date is 4 months then the share price at that time is what is used for the potential dilution. Share price of 3 would equal one million shares. That is my understanding and is totally acceptable. NATIONAL MUSIC FEDERATION As I have tried to make it understood, so does RG believe. He thinks NMF will become the biggest deal for CCI. It is more than a deal because it is ongoing and will grow on itself. Watch for results to begin soon(not that soon). COMMUNICATION The problems with communication have no real excuses. There was nothing to report. Gordon and Guild will not hype. They want to promote TSIG but do not want to be taken out of context. The broken promises were not that but circumstances happening to change projections. It made them leary of making further such statements. I asked about continuing communications and was warmly received. I suggested 2-3 times a month and got no objections. I said I would get back in about two weeks to let the PRs happen and to let some of the other items get closer. TELESERVICES It is alive and idling while CCI gets its legs. RG has a couple of things in the fire. The travel side is going to be reworked somehow. We didn't go into it. I got the impression he thinks it will grow into something very respectable. CCI AUDIT TSIGs accountant and RG meet next week. CCI will be ours in 4-8 weeks. OLD DISTRIBUTORS Yes they are still out there and one recently found plus probably a few others are still active. When CCI is ours they will be contractually bound to stop or join CCI with our regulations. They will be offered the opportunity to become CCI distributors. DARREL PIERCY Gordon has no knowledge of any illegal actions or wrongdoing. The rapid growth of his business, of course, caused some problems and friction. The 6 million shares do not revert to Darrel for TWO years of TSIG signing the acquisition. He is not receiving any money or wages. REVERSE SPLIT Never mentioned or brought up. His prior answer was NO. GENERAL THOUGHTS First, RG said we could expect 2-3 PRs next week, as a parting comment. I noticed training of a couple screen operators going on. They are getting ready. The reason, I assume only a couple, is they are being trained individually at the screen. I did not get introduced to Dixie if you care. RG truly believes TSIG will EARN a stock price within 3 months of 2-3 dollars. There are deals in the works at all various stages. A couple should tie to events happening by/around the first of the year. We are talking of deals with the potential of doing over a million cards. I was told one could generate 1 1/2 mil on its own. None are closed and signed yet. Indicated yes. THIS IS ME The general feel I got was one of extreme confidence of upcoming success. RG is very aware of the SI attitude. Guild reads us. Don't ask. He will not respond. The stock value cannot remain where it is very much longer. There is just too much going on. I think communication will get better but should be left to fewer individuals calling. If I were being called all the time about the same questions, and the answers being posted for all that are calling to see, I would assume you already knew the answer you were calling about. See the catch. Now you think there is a lack of communication. Patience is needed by all to allow the closing time for the deals to catch up. When the cycle is complete, then deals will begin to happen with regularity. I hope this helps and will try to answer questions. Bob
